The multifaceted business magnate is the founder, chairman, CEO, and chief technology officer of SpaceX, an angel investor, and the CEO and product architect of Tesla, Inc.
He holds key roles in various other ventures including X Corp, the Boring Company, Neuralink, and OpenAI. Musk is also renowned for his philanthropic efforts as president of the Musk Foundation.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, his net worth stands at around $239 billion as of July 2023, while Forbes estimates it at $248.8 billion.
The ranking of the world’s top five wealthiest individuals includes notable figures such as Bernard Arnault with $191 billion, Jeff Bezos with $163 billion, Bill Gates with $130 billion, and Larry Ellison with $127 billion.
