Chukwuemeka Okoye, popularly known as Frodd, a Nigerian reality TV star and former Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, and his wife, Chioma, are now proud parents to a baby girl. Their daughter, Adaora Chioma Elena Okoye, was born on Friday, August 12.
However, Frodd couldn’t be present at the hospital during his wife’s delivery due to his participation in the ongoing reality TV show.
A video shared online shows the heartwarming moment he joyfully shared the news of the birth of his child to his fellow housemates on Friday night, and named the newborn on national TV.
He named her “Adaora Chioma Elena Okoye”, explaining that the choice was influenced by the circumstances surrounding her birth, as the world knew about her before she was born.
This development makes Frodd the first ever housemate to become a parent while in the Big Brother Naija house.
