Arc Hart Bankat Assumes Office as General Manager of JMDB; Launches City Cleanup and Building Regulations Enforcement Drive
Arc Hart Bankat officially commenced his role as the General Manager of the Jos Metropolitan Development Board (JMDB) today, following his appointment by His Excellency, Governor Caleb Mutfwang. In a series of decisive actions, the newly appointed GM wasted no time in setting the groundwork for a cleaner and more organized city.
In his inaugural address, Arc Hart Bankat announced the immediate marking and reestablishment of building lines along two major thoroughfares – from the Yakubu Gowon Airport to Bauchi Road and from Old Airport to Bukuru. To address traffic congestion and public safety concerns, the JMDB, under Arc Hart Bankat’s directive, ordered swift action to seal all warehouses operating within the city without proper provisions for parking.
