Sad as Mother and 4 Children die in Jos South in Plateau State due to Fire Outbreak
It is a gory and gloomy week for Mr. Philip Abuchi, of Gyel Community in Jos South Local Government Area in Plateau State who on Thursday 25th February lost his four children and Wife due to deadly fire outbreak in their home.
Mr. Philip lost four of his children namely; Rejoice, Michael, Harmony and Angel, to the inferno, and the following day Friday 26th February 2021, his wife Mrs. Precious ABuchi that was hospitalized after the incident at Dee Medical Centre, Bukuru also could not make due to complications after the Fire Outbreak.
Confirming the development, Mr. Philip said the incident occurred Thursday night, within an hour that he left the house to watch a football match at a viewing center, and on his way back, he saw people with his friend’s neighbors battling with the flames In his house.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained but speculations attributed it to an electrical fault as have been the speculations for many other fire outbreaks in the area.
The Fire Outbreak was intensive the virtually everything in the house was gutted.
SIMILAR Fire Outbreak In Jos
A similar incident was reported last year when in Jos Plateau as Father and 3 Children were burnt to death in similar circumstances.
When a Former ADC to the Second civilian Governor of Plateau State, Sir Fidelis. Tapgun was burnt to ashes with his three children inside their rooms. At least four members of the same family were reported killed, in Jenta Adamu, a community of Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State, in 2018 by an early morning fire outbreak.
