The truck was later identified to have come from Niger state, the
misery to how the truck passed through Abuja, Kaduna and Plateau State

The chairman Hon Chief Yusuf Mahanan Machen who was on a supervision
tour to check the compliance level and as well check the entry points
into Bokkos came across the situation at the check point mounted by the

The security team informed the chairman that the driver ran away
leaving his conductors to the mercy of God, the security said they were
alerted by a check point ahead of them that the truck refused to stop
for check ups and made his way through the check point.

The chairman said he is not concern on what the truck was conveying
but the threat the drivers tend to pose for resisting check up it means
they are up to something.

He ordered for a check up of all in the truck and if shown any
symptoms of Covid-19 they should be taken to the isolation centre in NYC
Camp Mangu.
