Following rumours making round on social media over the coronavirus
status of the Governor of Kogi, Yahaya Bello, the State Government under
auspice COVID-19 SQUADRON TEAM led by the Deputy Governor, His
Excellency Chief Edward has said there is no any single case of the
pandemic in the state.
This was disclosed, in a statement signed by the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Kingsley Fanwo on Tuesday.
According to Fanwo, the team went round some parts of the State on
Tuesday, 24th March 2020 to enforce the directives of the Governor,
which were aimed at keeping people at home and to ensure social
distancing in order to curb the spread of the deadly virus.
